The 2005 annual golf day was our best ever. Once again, we were blessed with a glorious sunny day and all eighteen teams of four were in good spirits. For the first time ever, we were delighted that an all ladies team entered, they didn’t win but are coming back in this year to try again.
We were delighted to welcome the actress, Eithne Brown, of Brookside fame, who was our after- dinner speaker and had us roaring with laughter; a super end to a great day that raised £6,000, our best ever.
